• Hooah Health Premium is an optional subscription at $9.99 a month (U.S. price). Apple handles payment, billing and refunds. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

• Hooah Health offers peer support and wellness tools, not therapy or medical advice. If you're in crisis, call 988 and press 1, or text 838255.

• To delete your data, email info@tekiahnurielatem.com from the address on your account. A subscription isn't needed to delete your data.
