This policy explains what Tekiah Nuri El Atem, who does business as "Tekiah El Atem" ("we", "us"), the developer of Hooah Health, LexArcana and House of Parabrahman and the operator of this website, collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, how we handle government requests, and your rights. The website is owned and presented by the TEKIAH NURI EL ATEM EXPRESS BUSINESS TRUST.
It covers:
- the Site: www.tekiahnurielatem.com, including the members' podcast area
- Hooah Health (iOS)
- LexArcana (iOS). LexArcana is not currently available on the App Store.
- House of Parabrahman (iOS)

1. What we collect
Website
- Info you give us: name, email address, phone number, messages, newsletter sign-ups and membership details.
- Payment info: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Automatic info: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and cookies. Our host (Wix) and analytics tools collect this.
Hooah Health
Hooah Health has no accounts. It does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

- Hooah Health does not use HealthKit.
- It does not collect precise location, contacts or photo-library data.
- It does not track you across other companies' apps.
- It does not show third-party ads.
- It does not ask for medical records. Please don't type sensitive health details into the AI chat that you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.
- Hooah Health is free. It has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
LexArcana
LexArcana is not currently available on the App Store.

- Search history: your recent searches and bookmarks
- Documents you choose to upload for AI summaries, which are sent to third-party AI service providers (OpenAI)
- Purchase history and app user ID for LexArcana Pro, through RevenueCat
- Diagnostics: device model and OS version
House of Parabrahman
- Gameplay content: your progress and choices
- House of Parabrahman does not require an account. If account features are added, this policy will be updated first.
- House of Parabrahman does not currently send your questions or answers to any AI service. If that changes, we will ask your permission in the app and update this policy first.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- provide the Site, the apps and memberships
- process purchases and restore them
- generate the AI replies, images and summaries you ask for
- answer support requests
- send newsletters, but only if you opt in
- keep things secure and prevent fraud
- meet our legal duties
We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as CCPA defines that term. We do not use AI chat content or health-related content for advertising.

We ask for your permission inside the app before sending anything to an AI service. We require these providers to protect your data at least as well as this policy does.
4. How long we keep it

Our AI provider. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. By default, it keeps API inputs and outputs in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless the law requires longer or longer retention is needed to protect its services or others from harm. 5. Deleting your account
In the app (LexArcana only; Hooah Health and House of Parabrahman have no accounts):
1. Open the app and go to Settings (or Profile).
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Read the notice and tap Delete Account again to confirm.
4. Your account and the data linked to it are deleted from our servers within 30 days. Purchase records we must keep for tax purposes are the exception.
Subscriptions (LexArcana): deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Refunds: refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. To ask for one, see support.apple.com/118223.
By email: you can also write to info@tekiahnurielatem.com from your account email, with the app name.
Website members: email us, or use the account settings in the members area.
Deleting an app from your phone does not delete the data on our servers.
6. Government and law enforcement requests
We treat every request for user data from any government or law enforcement agency, in the U.S. or any other country, the same way:
- Legal process is required. We disclose user data only in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant. We do not hand over data because of an informal request.
- We tell you. If we have a way to contact you, we notify you before we disclose your data, so you have a chance to object. We don't notify you only when the law or a court order forbids it. If that ban ends, we notify you then.
- We push back. We review every request. If it is too broad, unclear or not legally valid, we ask for it to be narrowed or withdrawn, or we challenge it.
- We give the minimum. If we must comply, we disclose only the specific data the request legally requires, and nothing more.
What we actually hold. We keep very little, so there is very little to give:
- Hooah Health: no accounts, names, emails or phone numbers. AI chat messages and image prompts are kept on our servers for at most 30 days and are not linked to an account.
- House of Parabrahman: no account, name, email or phone number. The app handles gameplay content (your progress and choices) only to run the game.
- LexArcana: your email address, account info, saved items (bookmarks) and search history, for as long as your account exists (see Section 4).
- Website: the details you give us (such as contact messages, newsletter sign-ups and members' details) and the data our host keeps (see Section 1).
7. Transparency
Every year we will publish a short transparency note on this page. It will show how many government and law enforcement requests for user data we received and how many we answered, including any we narrowed or challenged. If there were none, it will say zero. We will publish each note in January for the year before, as far as the law allows. Our first note will be published in January 2027.
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data
- correct it
- delete it
- stop marketing emails
Email info@tekiahnurielatem.com. We'll reply within 30 days (45 days for California requests). We may need to confirm your identity first.
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- delete it
- correct it
- opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it)
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the service you asked for)
- not be treated differently for using these rights
You can use an authorized agent. In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed in Section 1: identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, audio, and user content. We collected them for the purposes in Section 2 and disclosed them only to the service providers in Section 3.
UK, EEA and similar laws. We process your data:
- to perform our contract with you (providing the services)
- with your consent (AI features and marketing)
- for our legitimate interests (security)
- to meet legal obligations
You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that's the ICO. Some providers process data in the US, under appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
10. Cookies
The Site uses cookies for login, the members area, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. The apps don't use cookies for tracking.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we'll notify you as the law requires.
12. Changes
We'll post updates here with a new date. For material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email.
